In order to receive a refund, items must be new, unworn, unwashed with tags on, and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange due to sizing, the same applies. Customer is responsible for all return postage. All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Did we not catch a flaw? Sorry about that! If your item was damaged upon arrival, you have 5 days from receipt to contact us at email@example.com. We will send a prepaid return shipping label and replace the item at no extra cost to you.
