We understand things happen, and you may not be happy with an item you received due to sizing or style. In order to receive a refund on a return, all items must be new, unworn, and unwashed with tags on. The customer is responsible for all return postage. We will not accept returns beyond 30 days from the date of purchase. In addition, all items from our SALE section are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Gift cards cannot be returned for a refund.
Did we not catch a flaw in your purchase? Sorry about that! If your item was damaged upon arrival, you have 5 days to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away so we can replace the item.
In all circumstances, we will refund the shipping cost back to us shipped via USPS First Class or Priority only. We will not refund for UPS or expedited shipping.
